Job Description

At Konfigear, we build next-generation 3D configurator and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions that help manufacturers, retailers, and e-commerce businesses scale their product personalization experience.

We're looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive who can help us grow our presence in Europe and beyond — someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and understanding the challenges of digital transformation in product-based industries.

This is a high-impact role where your communication skills and consultative mindset will directly shape how companies discover and adopt Konfigear's technology.


The Work You'll Do

  • Identify and reach out to qualified leads in industries like furniture, manufacturing, construction, and apparel.

  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to refine messaging and sales assets.

  • Manage opportunities through CRM (Zoho or HubSpot) and maintain accurate pipelines.

  • Negotiate contracts, proposals, and partnership terms with new and existing clients.

  • Attend online and in-person events to represent Konfigear in the tech and manufacturing ecosystem.


What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in software, manufacturing tech, or digital solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Spanish or German is a plus).

  • Understanding of digital product configuration, e-commerce, or CAD/3D technology is a strong advantage.

  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or in a small international team.

  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously while keeping customer experience first.
