At Konfigear, we're shaping the future of interactive product experiences.

We build 3D configurators and CPQ software that allow customers to visualize, customize, and purchase products in real time — across industries like furniture, manufacturing, construction, and apparel.

We're looking for a 3D Developer who can transform 3D ideas into fast, high-quality, web-based experiences using React Three Fiber, Three.js, and WebGL.

You'll collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to create dynamic and efficient 3D environments for our clients' configurators.

The Work You'll Do

• Develop and optimize real-time 3D product configurators using React Three Fiber and Three.js.

• Work with GLTF/GLB assets, materials, and shaders to deliver realistic, high-performance rendering.

• Implement interactions, animations, and drag-and-drop mechanics inside 3D scenes.

• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure seamless integration between 3D and interface layers.

• Maintain clean, scalable, and reusable codebases using React and TypeScript.

• Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.

• Integrate configurators with APIs, databases, and external systems (pricing, e-commerce, etc.).

What You'll Bring

• Solid experience in React Three Fiber, Three.js, and WebGL.

• Strong understanding of 3D pipelines, PBR materials, and GLTF/GLB optimization.

• Comfortable working with Blender or similar tools for asset preparation.

• Experience with TypeScript, React 18+, and Next.js is a big plus.

• Familiarity with performance profiling and GPU optimization techniques.

• Passion for creating interactive, visually stunning web experiences.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
